The pattern IS cut as a continuous design. The pattern is not spliced or misaligned from front to back. The fabric’s design seamlessly flows throughout the shorts. Each pair is exactly as pictured and cut as in stock images. The bottom florals and laureates ARE symmetrical. 

”The L'Arche Fleurie silk shorts are a printed style featuring an all-over botanical design inspired by the free flow of nature meeting the structure of the manmade design. Finished with an elastic waistband, drawstring fastening, and side and back packets to fall loose to above the knee.
