Antonio Citterio (born 1950, in Meda) is an Italian architect, furniture designer and industrial designer who lives and works in Milan.
A volume on the architect Antonio Citterio's activity as an industrial designer has to reflect several different spheres of interest: first of all it is intended to document a complex and rich career, in quality as well as quantity, that over the course of thirty yeas has made him one of the greatest of Italian designers, active at the national and international level through his collaboration with numerous important manufacturers. The aim of this volume is, on the one hand, to provide tools for an historical analysis of the designer's development, and on the other to embark on a critical examination of his work that will be capable of setting his activity in an appropriate perspective, one that sees it is relation to the changes that have occurred in the culture of design and business and, more generally, in society and individual patterns of behavior.

Bright color and tough skin both great

These tennis-style balls are, as promised, much tougher and thicker-skinned than an ordinary tennis ball, being made as a fetching ball for dogs. I bought them as foot covers for the legs of walkers used by the elderly, a very popular use. They work extremely well to protect rugs and flooring, and to make a quiet gliding cover, easier for seniors to move smoothly without snags. The usual tennis balls used for this purpose wear out pretty quickly, but this ball was made to be repeatedly fetched and gnawed on by your Rottweiler, so it's a big improvement. You will need a good cutting tool to score in the crosswise slits where you insert the walker leg; it's too tough for your household scissors, but that's just the point, right? It's tough.

Not great quality

My dog is 7 months old, about 35lbs as of this review. These balls barely lasted a month as they all kept breaking if thrown against anything or just bounced repetitively. The color is good so that you can see it better in the dark, but I would not say these balls are worth the price.
Update 2023-12: After posting my review the seller contacted me and provided me with two free sets of balls as an apology for the bad quality of the original set. So far these are holding much better with my dog and she loves to play fetch with them.
