It's the same kind of winking tease employed by low budget horror films of the 70s-80s that essentially dared audiences to experience what they knew they wanted, but couldn't possibly expect. Likewise, the new album by mysterious Swedish quintet Salem's Pot delivers truly gritty and captivating heavy rock in high contrast technicolor: a sonic equivalent of The Last House On The Left, El Topo and Blood Feast. Similar to the way such films made up for their lack of flashy, expensive effects with dim lighting and implied violence, a hallucinogenic sense of true evil lurks in the dark corners of Salem's Pot's sound. Lest we forget, the band's name itself is a pun on Stephen King's stark, modernized vampire masterpiece. Double vinyl in a gatefold sleeve, fourth side is an etching.

Won't go through "hurricane" or chain-link fencing - dogs LOVE it.

We've been using this size (large) for about 2 years now. Between our Doberman pinscher and the boxer-pitbull mix, they are tough on toys. These dogs have access to the Chuckit Ultra balls only under supervision and they run like crazy in the backyard while either fetching or holding onto the balls. It keeps our doberman out of trouble because she's running with a ball in her mouth and therefor cannot nip at the other dog when she gets overly excited. Tennis balls are lucky to last one play session with these guys, just for comparison purposes.
When throwing the regular size, the ball occasionally went right through our backyard (chain link aka "hurricane") fence -- even though they shouldn't quite fit. The size large balls bounce off the fence; our only problem now is when one of the dogs does a soccer style head-butt and knocks the ball over the fence that way.
After 2 years, one ball has a split down the side and two are discolored because they were left outside when we couldn't locate them after a play session. Overall I like these very much and appreciate how well they've held up.

My dog and I love this!

The balls are larger and fit the Chuck It with the larger ball size perfectly. The balls are hard rubber material and have stood up to continued chewing after our dog picks them up. They bounce and are really hard wearing. Great product for the price!

Durable but don't give this to them as an everyday chew toy.

Fun, Durable Balls for smaller heavy chewers

Perfect size and strength for my small dog that is a heavy chewer! She hasn’t been able to destroy and chew up this one like she has with every other toy! Definitely chew resistant.
