Suede makes the most desirable harness material, as it drapes very well over the shoulders and has the strength to carry very large weapons. Suede does not print through concealing clothing as much as heavier, full-grain leathers, and it does not slip or slide as nylon will do. Both holster and magazine pouch has detachable belt ties, which may be worn at your discretion. Available with single or double, drop style mag pouches for autos, single or double six-round ammo packs for revolvers. Six-round ammo packs carry revolver cartridges inside a snap-open envelope, broken into two groups of three cartridges. Ammo packs may also be made to fit speed strips. This is the only holster we produce with a thumb break. Our thumb breaks are reinforced with stitched-on plastic laminates (the cowhide version uses stiffened leather) to ensure a crisp, positive release each and every time. It's real!

Off white but totally happy. Even though it's wool, it doesn't itch and is very soft. The patches are few and not at all noticeable from front. Very thick and looks great!

Beautiful rug but smelly when you first unpack it.

Beautiful quality. Deep thick fur. The "patches" are noting more than where 4 or 5 inch splits, one at each end were stitched back together. I wouldn't have even called them patches. They are the same stitching as used to join the two pelts in the middle. The color is a very clean white. Being natural pelt, I was really expecting something a little more blond. I've bought New Zealand sheepskin several times before and I don't doubt this is Aussie or Kiwi sheepskin but I didn't notice this is processed in China before I bought it. Still, the only complaint I had was a strange chemical smell when I unwrapped it. It didn't smell like the tanning chemicals from previous pelts. But it's gone away after 3 weeks so I guess all's good.

Definitely genuine pelts.

I like the color. Not too white, more of a natural shade.
I ordered two, for each side of the bed. One is larger than the other which proves they are genuine pelts and I’m ok with it!!
